Benefits and payroll firm BenefitMall launched Client Ready Quote System (CRQS 2.0), a quoting and proposal tool for employee benefits.
BenefitMall conducted usability testing sessions with brokers across the country and crafted the online system after reviewing the results. With the tool, brokers and employers have the capability of:

- Real-time, single-step searches and rating
- Customizable “favorite” lists and market recommended plans
- Expansive carrier content
- On-the-go iPad compatibility
