GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) — The largest U.S. health insurer says it will add another 600 new customer service, claims processing, and nursing jobs in North Carolina.
Officials with Minnesota-based UnitedHealth Group Inc. said Tuesday most of the jobs are in the company's Greensboro office. The company said it was expanding its North Carolina hiring by about 1,000 positions and has already hired several hundred people.
UnitedHealth Group said its North Carolina work force already tops 4,000.
