The Personal Financial Portal was designed to help employees better understand their financial futures by providing a comprehensive approach to financial wellness, including tools and resources.
Investors can monitor key financial components of their lives, track spending habits, create budgets and access a series of workshops designed to help them understand if they are on track to meet their financial goals.
The site also offers ideas about how to adjust their financial strategies to meet any shortfalls. The portal is available on mobile devices.

The wellness program includes a toll-free Employee Call Center with fully licensed and bilingual specialists, an online Education Center for both employers and employees and Employee Retirement Connect, which delivers newsletters, webinars and monthly educational e-campaigns. Plan sponsors can use educational videos to play in the lunch or break rooms or on the intranet as an effective way to deliver retirement plan messaging.
The program offers educational meetings and face-to-face meetings and is integrated with social media.
