The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has updated the form public exchange builders use to describe their exchanges.
CMS is putting the new Blueprint for Approval of Health Insurance Marketplace form, CMS-10416, through a routine paperwork review process.
In a supporting statement, CMS officials said they have made submission of the form all-electronic, and created separate forms for states that want to simply run their Small Business Health Options Plan exchanges, rather than both the individual exchange and the SHOP.
