Commercial carriers and benefit plan administrators have a better idea about which companies are poised to profit from a shift to private exchanges.
Michael Trilli, an Aite Group analyst, sized up the contenders in a report based on a survey of nearly three dozen potential players in the private exchange market.
Trilli found that about half of employers either are participating in private exchanges now or plan to by the end of next year.
