Aon Hewitt has partnered with Risk Compliance Performance Solutions to offer missing participant locator services to its defined contribution and pension administration clients.

RCP will search for and communicate with lost or missing retirement plan participants.

Missing participants can cause a lot of grief for plan administrators, particularly those who want to close out a retirement plan.
