The strength of connectors is that they know and keep in touch with many people. They’re associated with getting things done, initiating action, empowering passion, thinking big, being constantly curious, inspiring innovation.

Over the years, my professional involvement in NAHU has introduced me to pockets of these movers and shakers from all over the country. That circle, full of talented people in various roles across the industry, have become my connectors. Over the years I’ve called upon them for help with negotiating employment contracts, with structuring strategies on how to land certain complex sales, and, within NAHU, the development and birth of the Vanguard Council.
