Make time for downtime. Just like you schedule doctor and dentist appointments, schedule some down time, even if it's only a leisurely stroll around the park.

Give your mind a break. Look for activities that will give your mind a break from the usual stresses. Consider a family/friends game night where your focus is on the game and not the concerns that often bother you.
