Ah, the final days before Halloween. It can be scary, especially if you aren't prepared and find yourself without a costume for the office party.

It's a good thing our friends at Jellyvision came up with 10 great ideas for benefits-themed costumes, all options that would make any HR professional smile.

From the Affordable Care Act to qualifying events, Jellyvision came up with some creative ways for HR folks to show their Halloween spirit this year.

The Affordable Scare Act

Wear a scary mask. Cover yourself in 1,990 pieces of paper. Hand out cool health care stuff.

COBRA Insurance

One snake headpiece. One Brookers Brothers suit.

Sexy EOB Form

Wear a tight-fitting pantsuit totally covered in date of service and coverage information.

The Biometric Scream

Dress like a friendly doctor. Also wear one of those terrifying masks from the movie Scream.

Unused Vacation Dave

Wear a dusty Hawaiian shirt, a portable desk, and sigh a lot.

The Qualifying Life Eventriloquist

Arrive at the party with a ventriloquist dummy and go sit in a corner together. When a small group has gathered, have your dummy calmly explain that the most common examples of qualifying life events include certain changes in your income, changes in your family size, relocating to a new state, and gaining either membership in a federally-recognized tribe or status as an Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) Corporation.

Urgent Care Bear

Clad in a colorful costume, cheerfully offer to tell partygoers whether you think they should worry about that weird rash or not.

The 401(k)-9

Go as yourself. But dress your dog up as a piggy bank.

HSAlly & FSArah: The Pre-Tax Savings Twins

This costume requires a friend. Get matching jumpsuits and fun wigs. Make chestplates, one that says HSA and another that says FSA. If anyone confuses you for your twin, set them straight.
