IRAs and 401(k)s are now the same thing

But with the redefinition of fiduciary in the DOL's conflict-of-interest (aka, fiduciary) rule, IRAs now fall under the ERISA regulatory umbrella.

But with the redefinition of “fiduciary” in the DOL’s conflict-of-interest (aka, “fiduciary”) rule, IRAs now fall under the ERISA regulatory umbrella.
