Here's the latest employee benefits industry product news to cross our desk. You'll find a range of releases about financial wellness programs, insurance dashboards, HR employee engagement reporting, health savings accounts, and more.

Vanguard is partnering with health savings account (HSA) custodian HealthEquity to provide an HSA solution that features low-cost Vanguard funds or the same investment options as plan participants' 401(k) plan line-up.

Allsup, a disability representation company, now offers its Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) Extended Benefits representation service at no cost to organizations. It provides discounted SSDI representation services to employees.

California Time and Labor Company, a provider of integrated human capital management solutions for businesses in California, announced LABORsuite for California construction companies, which includes payroll processing, Human Resources, benefits, tax management, and more.

UnitedHealthcare launched digital health resources to help employers access and understand health care data, save on premiums and encourage employees to more effectively use their health benefits. They include such tools as Health Plan Manager, Digital Onboarding, PreCheck MyScript, and Personalized Claims Videos.

Paycom Software, a provider of cloud-based human capital management software, launched a technology solution to give employers insight into employees at risk of leaving. Using a proprietary algorithm and Employment Predictor technology, it is designed to analyze risk factors and score data already within the Paycom system.

The Standard recently acquired Navigator Mobile and is now the sole distributor of the mobile application. It's an all-in-one digital tool that puts employer benefit information (Medical, life, STD and LTD, vision, vacation and dental) in one place for employees to view on their phone.

SafetyNet has launched Cookie Jar, an employer-sponsored financial wellness program. It rounds up debit card purchases and checking account transactions to the nearest dollar and stores the change in employees' Cookie Jar savings accounts. Employers can match the round up and employees can withdraw funds at any time, for any reason.

Square launched employee benefit offerings within Square Payroll, providing small business users access to benefits including health insurance, retirement savings, pre-tax spending. Square Payroll partnered with partners including SimplyInsured, Guideline 401(k), Alice, and AP Intego Insurance Group.

SalesFocus Solutions announced its new MARS v9 platform. It's designed for the asset management industry and includes features such as DCIO/Retirement platform analytics, enhanced sales and marketing features, a flexible segmentation engine, market share reporting capabilities, and ETF reporting.

Transamerica has created guides for patients and financial professionals centered on helping people navigate the decisions that must be made after cancer diagnosis and treatment. The patient's guide, “Planning to Outsmart Cancer,” offers critical information and insights about cancer diagnosis, treatment, expenses, and emerging discoveries. It's supplemented with Transamerica's “Tool Kit for Planning to Outsmart Cancer,” which details the steps for working with a financial professional to create a financial strategy after a cancer diagnosis. For financial professionals, Transamerica created a separate tool kit on how to serve clients living with a cancer diagnosis.
