Prior to Artemis, he also co-founded EnticeLabs, an online advertising optimization company, and RationalIUX, a software user experience design firm. He is passionate about empowering employers to fix healthcare through data access and analytics. Artemis Health offers the tools employers, consultants, and brokers need to find insights and take action with their benefits data.

Jim is co-founder and principal of The Benefits Group, LLC, a NextGen Benefits Firm based in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Jim firmly believes employees are the key to effectively reduce the cost of healthcare. Working with over 400 corporate clients encompassing tens of thousands of employees he has become their partner in that quest.

Eric Silverman, founder of Voluntary Disruption, is considered one of the most recognized authorities and disruptive forces in enhanced employee funded benefits (the industry formerly known as “voluntary”).

Widely known as a subject matter expert, Eric has more than 18 years of employee benefit sales, marketing, management, and recruiting experience. He is often sought after and interviewed by various industry journalists and is routinely asked to deliver key note speeches and speak on various panels at many national industrywide conferences.

Eric has recruited, trained, and developed more than 2,000 commission sales agents, interns and broker partners, which led to the securing of more than 2,500 payroll accounts and the generation of more than $65M in gross revenue.

Eric earns new business through the procurement and development of broker partners and the recruiting of college interns and career agents to support his broker focused initiative.

Lester is a career long innovator and disruptor in the human capital and employee benefits arena. Understanding that employers, and their advisors, needed something new, Lester founded Next Impact to support the education and expansion of innovative cost containment employee benefit strategies. From reference-based pricing to pioneering prescription drug (Rx) and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) strategies and association/aggregation solutions to health management techniques, Next Impact focus on the “early adopters.” Lester’s first step in to entrepreneurship was starting Incela, a full-service employee benefits and human resource company, committed to helping other companies maximize their investments in human capital. Before he co-founded Incela, he served over three years as Executive Vice-President and Chief Growth Officer for Willis’ Human Capital Practice, one of the largest insurance brokerages in the world. In this role, Lester led over 200 consultants in 40 + offices as part of a $350,000,000 practice- Willis’ single largest practice in North America. During a previous eight-year stint at Willis, Lester was consistently among the top five consultants nationally. Between those assignments, Lester served as National Vice President of Sales for Healthstat, a leading provider of worksite clinics and disease management services.

David Contorno began his career as a teenager whilst living in New York, and over the span of more than 20 years, has become a leading expert in employee benefits for large employers across the nation. With sights firmly set on enacting positive change, David created E Powered Benefits; a benefit consulting firm with a clearly defined mission to deliver a different benefit experience based on full transparency.

His business model has produced average one-year savings of over 40% along with substantially reduced out of pocket costs for employees.
