Here’s what companies are telling us about their latest new and enhanced products for benefits brokers, HR benefits managers, and retirement advisors.

Well, you know they don’t really tell us. It’s more like we’re your employee benefits sushi chef assistant, placing the trimmed and neatly bundled concoctions on the conveyor belt (or, in the case of this great sushi place in Portland, Oregon, a little channel of flowing water) that passes by your seat at the counter. It’s lunchtime somewhere, so here we go:

Nubundle announced its partnership with benefits administrator TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation), expanding beyond its fertility solutions to offer employers the ability to provide full or partial insurance to employees for costs related to fertility procedures, medications, and related services. Nubundle members also have access to a suite of voluntary offerings including a family planning concierge and lower-priced medications.

Benefitfocus announced enhancements to its AI-powered benefits platform, the Benefitfocus MarketPlace for Carriers. Its BenefitSAIGE AI engine uses data to provide a personalized Smart Moment experience to help employees with benefits selection. This is managed by an analytical dashboard that is also designed to help employers tailor messages to communicate with employees.

Robeco announced the launch of Robeco Sustainable Emerging Stars Equities. The concentrated portfolio will consist of approximately 35-50 holdings, resulting in an active share of above 80%. The strategy selects companies from a sustainable investment universe, based on top-down country analysis and bottom-up stock ideas.

Businessolver launched its enhanced solution, MyChoice Accounts, which aims to help employees to manage their benefits, including consumer accounts, such as HSA, FSA, commuter, fitness reimbursements and more, from one holistic technology platform, Benefitsolver. They can enroll in these benefits year-round and use the same system and mobile app to submit claims, check balances, view employer contributions.

Nationwide Advisory Solutions announced a new lifetime income rider and two new enhancements to Nationwide Advisory Retirement Income Annuity (NARIA). NARIA now offers Nationwide Lifetime Income Rider Advisory, a new optional living benefit with a 7% interest roll-up. It can now offer unconstrained 100% equity exposure when combined with Retirement Income DeveloperSM (RIDER) and tiered pricing for its low-cost platform funds.

Ease announced that Ethos is partnering with the company to offer Employer Personal Life Insurance. The company says that Ethos policies can be approved in a matter of minutes. Ethos underwrites each employee individually, and employees who enroll will have this policy at a set price for life, regardless if they move on to another job.

Stericycle has joined the National Safety Council (NSC) as the exclusive launch partner for the new NSC toolkit that employers can use to address the opioid crisis. More than two dozen resources can be found in the Opioids at Work Employer Toolkit including the following:

Carver Edison announced that its Cashless Participation technology is now available to all public companies who use E*TRADE Corporate Services to manage their Employee Stock Purchase Plans. Cashless Participation will be supported by E*TRADE’s platform, Equity Edge Online. Carver Edison’s technology can now also be offered internationally.

The Indexed Annuity Leadership Council (IALC) has launched the second educational video in its Game Ready retirement series, called Travel Ready. The IALC is a consortium of life insurance companies focused on helping Americans prepare for retirement by providing free online resources including worksheets, calculators, videos and other tools to help examine financial habits and plan and prioritize for the future.

Kronos introduced a network of partners focused on financial wellness that aims to help empower employees with earned wage access, automated savings solutions, and financial education and budgeting tools. Organizations that use its Workforce Dimensions solution can access Kronos Marketplace applications that include financial wellness providers Branch, Even, HasteePay, PayActiv, and SalaryFinance.

Healthcare2U announced the nationwide availability of DPCplus, a new suite of integrated primary care services for employers of all sizes and structures. DPCplus is a monthly healthcare membership consisting of a low flat fee and fixed visit fees for unlimited in-office physician visits and treatments for primary care, urgent care, chronic management, telehealth, and more.

Deputy announced a new integration with Revel Systems.The integration syncs sales data information from the Revel POS with Deputy’s scheduling software to help businesses schedule and manage employees based on sales volume and demand signals. The platform provides a single channel to submit tasks, shifts, push notifications, as well as employee tools to start, finish, and swap shifts.
