When benefits professionals are asked their favorite things about working in the employee benefits business, most offer a variation of the same thing: the pleasure and satisfaction that comes with helping people afford their health care and get the benefits they need.

Very few advisors site paperwork, prospecting or bookkeeping.

Running the business side of things is a chore for many advisors. Some are lucky enough to have someone else doing to the housekeeping for them, but not all.
