Jordan Mazur | Head of Legal | Lively Jordan Mazur is Lively’s Head of Legal. Jordan brings more than ten years of employee benefits counseling experience, specializing in HSAs. Jordan has been the Assistant General Counsel at Rakuten, Senior Commercial Counsel and Director of Privacy at Zenefits, and an employee benefits lawyer in private practice. In recent years, he has focused on counseling technology companies to develop healthcare accessibility tools for consumers and small businesses and on emerging privacy and security issues under HIPAA and other regulations.

 

Kevin McKechnie | Executive Director | Health Savings Account Council at the American Bankers Association Kevin McKechnie, is the founder and Executive Director of the Health Savings Account (HSA) Council at the American Bankers Association. He joined ABA in 2000 after serving as the Government Relations Representative for the Affinity Services Division of Marsh & McLennan and also as Director of Government Relations for International Financial Services, a wealth management and insurance company consulting firm. He served as Legislative Director to former Congressman William Dannemeyer of California. Kevin holds a BA in History and Political Science from York University in Toronto, Canada.

 

Michael Olson | Account Manager | Alliant Insurance Services Michael Olson is an Account Manager for Alliant Insurance Services. In his current role, he advises employers through renewal strategies, including the successful deployment of High Deductible Health Plans. Michael has managed insurance and technology services as a Benefits Advisor for Zenefits among his prior positions. His most recent efforts have delivered employer-focused results while adding value to employee benefits offerings. Michael holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
