Atul Gawande made a splash when he was announced as the man who would be spearheading Haven, the much-talked-about health care venture created by Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway and JP Morgan Chase. Sources also told WSJ that while Haven has launched its search for a replacement, it has yet to make a decision about who will the role or what the next iteration of the leadership structure will look like.
