His responsibilities have covered a broad range of areas including product and service development, voluntary strategy, enrollment methods, and guiding employees to make good benefit-related decisions. He is a member of the Worksite Marketing Hall of Fame, among other honors. He has written a monthly column for BenefitsPRO for over 15 years.
