Tracy Watts | Senior Partner, U.S. Leader for Healthcare Policy | Mercer

Teri Weber, ACI | Senior Vice President | Spring Consulting Group, An Alera Group Company, LLC

Teri Weber, ACI is a Senior Vice President with Spring Consulting Group, An Alera Group Company, LLC. She has fifteen years of experience in health and welfare plan strategy, design, pricing, and implementation. She also works with absence management programs, including disability, family medical leave and leave of absence tracking. Her areas of expertise have allowed her to work with diverse employers and vendors to streamline processes and programs to meet the needs of insurers, administrators, employers and employees. Prior to joining Spring, Teri worked with Watson Wyatt, Buck Consultants and AON Consulting. Teri earned a BS at the University of Connecticut and a MBA at the University of Massachusetts. She is a licensed broker in the states of MA and CT, has ACI and PMP certifications and is on the Board of Directors for the New England Employee Benefit Counsel (NEEBC).

Trey Taylor | CEO | Taylor Insurance Services

Trey is the Chief Executive Officer of Taylor Insurance Services. In this role, his primary responsibility is to set the guiding vision of the organization, recruit the best possible talent to fulfil that vision and then assist those people in doing the best possible work they can perform. Trey holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Emory University in Atlanta, a Juris Doctor degree in Tax and Corporate Transactions from Tulane University and has done post-graduate work at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Georgia Institute of Technology. Trey is licensed in Life and Health Insurance Sales in Georgia and several other states.

Previously, Trey served as a Board Member for the Greater Valdosta United Way and the Chairman of its Allocation Committee, and a Board Member for the Valdosta North Rotary Club. In 2013, Trey was named one of Georgia Trend Magazine’s 40 Under 40. Additionally, Trey received the Cheers for Peers MVP, Cheers for Peers MVP Giver, Employee Recognition Award and Happiest Company Award in 2014 from TinyHR.

Desiree Pascual | Chief People Officer | Ginger

Désirée is Ginger’s Chief People Officer. Prior to Ginger, she was CPO at Carrot, where she built and led the company’s human resources function across the employee lifecycle. Prior to this, she led human resources functions at The Permanente Medical Group in San Francisco and BaroSense, a medical device company. Informed by human-centered design principles and data-driven inquiry, Désirée is committed to curating joyful and resilient workplace cultures where employees are empowered to do their best work. Born and raised in Europe, Désirée speaks three languages fluently, and she draws on her culturally diverse background to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is trained in economics and legal studies, and holds a BA in Humanities and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology both from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco.
