February is Insurance Careers Month, and like almost everything else in the pandemic age, this year's activities look a bit different than usual. Insurance Careers Month typically offers insurance organizations an opportunity to appeal to students either already enrolled in risk management and insurance (RMI) programs or are undecided. But in the age of remote learning, traditional recruitment strategies and networking opportunities are on hold. Recruitment challenges brought on by the pandemic add to the existing struggles the insurance industry faces in overcoming its talent gap.
