Work Shield released Portal 2.0 with upgraded culture data management, incident documentation and reporting capabilities. Real-time data includes insight into all harassment, discrimination and misconduct issues. The upgraded interface aims to enable more intuitive management of incidents and includes the ability to upload documentation.

Vitality Group launched a global toolkit with COVID-19 vaccine resources for employer and insurance clients, members, and the broader community. Included in the toolkit are a blueprint and playbook to help encourage vaccine uptake; communication tools; educational content, and guidance for members for getting vaccinated and incentives for doing so.

Transamerica introduced Transamerica Principal Optimizer, with 100% protection of principal and earnings growth from negative market returns on the 10-year offering (90% protection on the 7-year product)..

Sun Life U.S. launched Sun Life Absence Management Solution. With support for ADA/ADAAA accommodations, it integrates federal/FMLA, state, local and company-specific plans with short-term disability, statutory disability, and paid family and medical leave. It includes educational tools, real-time claim status updates, and customizable reporting and dashboards.

Magis Capital Partners launched Sallus Retirement LLC, an independent professional fiduciary and retirement Pooled Plan Provider (PPP). Lisa Kottler will serve as Chief Growth Officer and will lead the Sallus Retirement sales and distribution effort.

Lyra Health introduced Guided Self-Care, combining mental health coaching with online exercises and tools specifically designed for clients dealing with issues such as stress, relationships, and life transitions.

Laugh.Events helps corporate audiences to coordinate a comic to join their virtual or in-person event. Companies can book a stand-up comedian to host a virtual happy hour or create a customized comedy show. Events include Laughing and Bonding Experience; Workday Update; Workplace Variety Hour; Sit Back and Laugh, and more.

Humana announced a new brand – CenterWell – to connect a range of the company’s payer-agnostic health care services offerings; 41 centers that were branded as Partners in Primary Care and 24 centers that operated as the Family Physicians Group will be known as CenterWell Senior Primary Care. Humana’s senior-focused primary care facilities under the Conviva brand are not changing to the new brand.

Hinge Health has acquired the maker of Enso, a non-invasive, non-addictive technology for electrical nerve stimulation used to help people with musculoskeletal pain.The Hinge Health Enso uses high-frequency impulse technology in a wearable pain management solution that over time personalizes stimulation patterns.

DailyPay launched ExtendPX, for human capital management and payroll service providers. HCM companies can embed the offering into their own product suite or choose a white-label approach. In addition to supporting access to earned income, services include employee savings and financial wellness features, off-cycle payment tools and other supporting services.

Alight Solutions is offering COVID-19 support solutions to provide employees with vaccine education and assistance. It pairs technology with high-touch concierge services and call center support, and includes microsites with state-by-state requirements, hotline support, employee care cards for one-time pre-funded financial incentives.
