Recently, we’ve been seeing more new products relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. We’ve also noticed more financial wellness products coming to market. Here are a few product news items that have crossed our inbox.

Xiggit unveiled its solution to deliver employee benefits down market. It handles benefits administration tasks, and offers financial tools, a traditional or Roth IRA, a savings account, and Xiggit Boost, which aims to give workers incentives to learn, save and adopt better money habits.

Workhuman has developed a new tool called Inclusion Advisor, which uses AI to detect words and phrases in an employee award nomination that may contain unconscious bias, and it provides suggestions to replace with more appropriate language.

Welltok announced the addition of Maven and Progyny to its curated and pre-integrated Connect Partner Ecosystem. Maven offers a suite of fertility, pregnancy and parenting programs. Progyny offers a fertility management solution with high-touch member education, access to high-performing fertility specialists and integrated medication coverage.

Trusaic announced the availability of its PayParity software solution, which combines human subject matter experts with tracking and analytics software for ongoing monitoring and advancement of DEI initiatives. It provides all-in-one analytics around pay equity, diversity, inclusion and hiring and promotion equity.

TAO Connect launched TAO Connect for Employers, which offers evidence-based digital mental health programs. It offers 24/7 access to its Self-Help solution, interactive e-learning sessions, online professional development sessions, and an AI chatbot assistant.

The Public Health Company (PHC) launched its Public Health as a Service (PHaaS) platform for businesses, health care providers, and public health systems that combines real-time public health data, containment best practices, and genomic epidemiology to prevent, detect, and contain costly disease outbreaks.

The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America announced Guardian Absence Solutions. Guardian Life has partnered with EIS, an insurance software company, integrating EIS software with Guardian Life’s absence management platform. The customized interface includes mobile and digital communication capabilities.

DailyPay announced its Payroll Anomaly Manager, which uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to track employee payment data sets in real time and automatically catch anomalies in payments.

Coterie Advisory Group announced the addition of a no-deductible Bronze-Level Minimum Value Plan to their portfolio of guaranteed issue, employer-focused health insurance plans. Marketed as one of the Fundamental Care Tri-Level Limited-Day Plans, Coterie Advisors will now offer both minimum essential coverage (MEC) and minimum value plans (MVP) to employers.
