The group discussed a series of eight questions about the challenges companies are facing, what recent grads and even established workers are looking for and more.
"All candidates, regardless of whether they are a recent grad or more experienced, want an environment that supports flexibility, offers many learning opps and supports teaming," Nash tweeted. "They want to know that they can build their career."
