Jennifer Smith-Hubert | Director of Healthcare Innovation, Benefits Consultant | Brown + Brown

Jenn is responsible for monitoring innovative and non-traditional healthcare strategies, vendors, and disruptors bubbling up around the country. Jenn regularly meets with these cutting-edge solution providers, and brings back innovative products, strategies, and thought-processes to benefit our teams and our clients. A key component of Jenn’s role is to assess, summarize, and make available locally the initiatives, services, vendors, and disruptors being vetted by the national Brown & Brown “Innovation Lab”. Jenn reviews strategies emerging across the country with clients and prospects. Prior Jenn was a national sales director and consultant accumulating over 15 years of experience creating new, innovative channels for employers to access and purchase healthcare. She lowers total health plan costs while improving patient outcomes through strategies that challenge the status quo, meet employers long term benefit goals and match company culture.

Tricia Simmons | Vice President of Account Services | Onduo

Tricia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who has worked in both direct care and population health and well-being for over 30 years. At Onduo, Tricia leads the team responsible for implementation and strategic client management.

Prior to coming to Onduo, Tricia worked with the National Accounts Sales and Account Management teams at Aetna designing population health strategies for large employers. Prior to that, she directed clinical operations as well as client management at the specialty wellness company EnvolvePeoplecare, and she was the Director of a high-risk obesity management clinic in Atlanta, GA. She started her career at New England Deaconess Hospital and The Joslin Clinic in Boston. Tricia has a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Bowdoin College and a Master’s in Nutrition from Harvard’s School of Public Health. She also completed a fellowship in counseling and communications at the University of Washington.

Chris Girardi | Engagement and Enrollment Lead | Onduo

Christopher leads enrollment and engagement strategies for Onduo, bringing 10+ years of CRM and patient acquisition and retention experience to the team. He focuses on building scalable data-driven marketing strategies aimed at meeting members where they are in their journey with relevance and personalization. He has spent several years at some of the largest Healthcare CRM organizations where he built and ran a cross-functional digital agency to effectively market clients (AMCs, hospital systems, Health plans etc) to qualified individuals. Relying heavily on content, audience segmentation and data, he has built scalable and attributable marketing campaigns for many of the most recognizable hospital systems in the country.
