Attorneys at Robinson & Cole on Thursday removed an ERISA lawsuit against Cigna to Connecticut District Court. The suit, filed on behalf of Tenet Healthcare and 19 of its hospitals accuse Cigna of reimbursing claims at low rates and wrongfully denying numerous claims for emergency medical services rendered.
