In December of 2020, Congress passed into law the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA of 2021). As a portion of this bill, Insurers and Plans must submit cost data on pharmacy benefits, healthcare spending and drug specific spending details annually starting in December of 2022. Like any new regulation, it requires a working understanding of what is required of you and how it applies to your role. Most are surprised when they discover the reporting requires not only prescription drug spend data, but also other data items you may not even have, from employee contribution, to manufacturer assistance program reimbursements and other various plan sponsor costs. Don't worry – you don't have to tackle the new regulation alone.
Join this complimentary webcast to learn everything you need to know in order to ensure you and your plan sponsor clients are fully compliant with new reporting regulations under the CAA.
