The employer-paid, insurance-based paid parental leave program works in conjunction with STD and PFL to offer up to 16 weeks of up to 100% paid leave, integrated one-on-one employee support coaching, and leave administration. The holistic approach focuses on employee retention and eliminates the hurdles of self-funding leave.
