Pulitzer Prize-winning author Charles Duhigg announced as a 2024 Broker Expo keynote

We’re excited to announce that bestselling author and Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist Charles Duhigg will be one of the keynote speakers at the 2024 BenefitsPRO Broker Expo in Denver, speaking Tuesday, April 30 in a session titled “Supercommunicators: The Science of Conversation and Connection: A Conversation with New York Times.” In this fascinating keynote, Duhigg will answer the questions: why do some conversations succeed — while others fail? How does communication work within our brains, our families, our workplaces and our communities?
