We are all familiar with the financial statistics on turnover and we probably have our fair share of stories about mistakes made in hiring and firing—whether we acted too hastily or too slowly. While I have always respected and valued my employees, during the early years of my business, I overlooked the importance of designing a system for them to flourish in and creating a culture to support it.
After years of coaching and research, I have developed a framework that has enabled me to attract, retain, and develop talent within a high-performance culture.
