As I prepared for my recent LinkedIn Live event for BenefitsPro with two other incredible women who have also been honored as Broker/Advisor of the Year, I felt a bit emotional. I had been writing this series for about a year when I received this honor in 2017, and now, sharing the title of Advisor of the Year with Nancy Giacolone and Chelsea Ryckis is beyond thrilling. Over nearly eight years of writing this series, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting remarkable women who have become some of my closest friends, peer mentors and allies. Being part of this project to elevate other women in our industry has been immensely fulfilling, and I believe we’re just getting started.
