Lauren Proulx | Manager, Mid-Market Sales | Carrot Fertility

Lauren Proulx is a mid-market sales manager at Carrot Fertility, the leading global fertility and family-building platform providing care for everyone, everywhere. In her role, Lauren is responsible for driving meaningful partnerships between Carrot and global employers. She works directly with benefits leaders to introduce inclusive fertility, family-building, and lifelong hormonal healthcare benefits to their workforces.

Lauren has extensive healthcare experience. Prior to joining Carrot nearly six years ago, Lauren was a practice development manager at Reproductive Partners Fertility Center in San Diego. Before that, Lauren was an education and development manager at NuVasive, a medical device company. In this role, Lauren developed and managed process improvement initiatives for surgical trainings.

Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from the University of Arizona. She’s based in Tucson and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
