With over 35 years of experience, Kelli provides strategic guidance to help Lincoln foster sales and  accomplish business goals for supplemental health, dental, and vision products. She offers  innovative insights and supports the ongoing enhancement of our relationships with broker  partners and consultants. In her previous role before rejoining Lincoln, she executed sales strategy  and key growth initiatives for regional and small markets and has proven to be an adept leader  throughout her career at driving regional growth through the strong relationships she’s built.  

Kelli resides in Texas with her husband. She has four grown children and she enjoys time with family and traveling.
 
Whitney Helm | Vice President, Group Protection Product| Lincoln Financial

Whitney serves as vice president, Group Product and Network for dental, vision, and supplemental health products, at Lincoln Financial, where she focuses on product development, diversification of the portfolio, lifecycle product management, and network growth strategies.

With over 15 years of insurance experience, she’s driven innovative and transformative growth by identifying new opportunities through the lens of the consumer. Before joining Lincoln, she was responsible for marketing and customer acquisition strategies, life product development, value-add programs, and development of innovation pipelines. She was also accountable for go-to-market, product strategy, and market positioning for all individual distribution channels, including affinity, broker, direct to consumer, retiree exchange, and marketplace. Whitney earned her bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University School of Business, and she’s based in Bozrah, Connecticut, where she resides with her husband and three children.
