The anti-shutdown package President Joe Biden signed into law Saturday left out the provisions related to pharmacy benefit managers, and Sen. Ron Wyden says Elon Musk pushed the PBM provisions out of the package.

The new American Relief Act, 2025 authorizes the government to stay open until March 14, and it still contains some Medicare and Medicaid provisions.
