Before we dive into the accomplishments of our next feature, I want to pause to express my gratitude to the BenefitsPRO family. This article marks our 100th edition of this series, featuring the incredible women in our industry and shining a light on their accomplishments.

Recently, I was in Missouri helping my family, caring for my two young nieces while their mom recovered from surgery, and spending time with my mother. During a conversation one evening about life, my mom shared something simple yet profound: “There are no easy fixes for big problems.” Those words reminded me of the “why” behind this series. Over eight years ago, Paul Wilson approached me, wanting to combat the negativity in our industry by sharing stories of hope and inspiration. Today, amidst a resurgence of challenges and headlines, I hope this article serves as a reminder that there are good people striving for betterment and greatness each day.
