Most companies seem to understand the assignment, at least in theory, with 88% of HR and benefits leaders identifying mental health as a top priority for the next two years, according to a recent survey conducted by the Health Growth Advisory Network (HGAN).
Determining exactly how to support diverse and growing mental health concerns can be challenging, though. It requires innovation, compassion, commitment, and a focus on sustainable solutions as opposed to quick fixes.
