AI-driven health care billing nightmares: Employers still plagued by basic errors

Health insurers and health care providers have invested countless sums in creating billing systems that use artificial intelligence, machine learning and other forms of advanced technology to make employers and their benefits advisors want to scream.

Beneration, a Philadelphia-based company that helps employers with paying and auditing benefits-related bills, has created a list of some of the worst benefits bill problems still plaguing employers.
