When I first asked ChatGPT to explain my company’s product, articulate benefits and explain reasons employers would want it, I was blown away! It did a much better job than I did for the first five years (OK, maybe 10) of owning my company!
Let’s be honest; if you're in benefits sales, AI is coming for the parts of your job that used to take skill, memorization, and time:

- Product explanations / comparisons
- Even initial client education
Within a few clicks, AI can now analyze census data, recommend plans and spit out a polished proposal faster than you can sip your coffee. Your competitors will soon use AI to respond to RFPs instantly, craft personalized sales messages, and even run predictive outreach to your own prospects.
That’s not science fiction. That’s Q2 2025.
