Despite dealing with change throughout the global COVID-19 pandemic, many workers are still struggling to adapt, affecting both workplace performance and wellbeing. A new study released by meQuilibrium found that a lack of workplace change readiness along with psychosocial risks are contributing to heightened levels of anxiety among workers.
The study found that HR executives are much more prepared to face change, demonstrating the highest scores in emotional composure (83.3%), compared to other employee groups. Managers had notably lower scores than HR executives, with nearly a quarter reporting that change makes them unsure how to proceed.
