Heading into the new year, organizations might want to reexamine their behaviors and attitudes towards ageism in the workplace. A new study by MyPerfectResume found that 99% of workers over the age of 40 believe there is at least some degree of ageism in the workplace.
Whether it's ageist stereotypes, bullying or subtle cultural pressures to conceal their age, many employees over the age of 40 often admit they struggle to feel accepted due to their age.
