Although many leadership teams don't know where to begin, organizations already have a wealth of information available that they can use to boost employee productivity and support employees who are struggling financially.

In-office job postings have surged 21% since 2023, when roughly two-thirds of roles were on-site.

The employee experience, built around rewards and incentives that are closely aligned with clear performance metrics, goes much further than simply a paycheck to bolster productivity and create a financially healthy organization.

Sixty-seven percent of remote roles were for mid- to senior-level candidates, compared with just 6% that were entry-level.
