Now, a new survey from business services company HealthEquity suggests that, though turnover remains high, HR professionals are increasingly concerned about benefit cost-containment.
Nearly three-quarters of Americans report having a manager ask them to take on additional work, and when that happened, 57% felt manipulated or taken advantage of.
"When people enroll into Medicare for the first time or during the Annual Enrollment Period, it is important to analyze all the options so they can make a mindful Medicare decision," Medicare consultant Michael Friedman says.
